ALWAYS & FOREVER

Hey Everyone

Hope you all had a good weekend.

We've been busily untangling the Christmas lights - eek - it will be December this coming weekend - sheesh where has the time gone too :-O

It's Tuesday which means it's challenge time over at Papertake Weekly and this week it's sketch time and we have a brand new one for you; don't forget though, you can use any of the Papertake Weekly Sketches - which you can find HERE just please make sure you let us know what number sketch it is on your blog.

Here is the sketch:

I love working with sketches - takes care of all the planning of the card.  Our super generous sponsor this this challenge is Simon Says Stamp so if you want to get your hands on some vouchers to spend in their store then get your entries in over at Papertake Weekly.

Here is the card I have made:

Yup no Christmas card for me this week - to be honest I'm a bit Christmas Carded Out so what a nice change it was to make something different ;;)

The recipe for the card is:

Digi Papers:  Nitwit - Always and Forever (this is one of the most amazing kits ever!)
Digi Stamp:  Mo Manning - Kitchen Dance
Hearts:  Nitwit - Always and Forever
Doily:  Die-namics - Heart Doily
Tag:  Doohickey - Tea Label Tags
Daisy:  Die-namics - Rolled Daisy
Roses:  Die-namics - Royal Rose and Mini Royal Roses
Leaves:  Memory Box - Tender Leaves
Pearls:  The Hobby House

The image has been coloured with Copics:

Skin:  E21 E00 E000 / R20 R30 (cheeks)
Woman's Hair:  E55 E53 E51 E50
Man's Hair:  E29 E25 E23
Skirt:  RV69 R59 R56
Top:  R85 R83 R81
Shirt:  R59 R56
Trousers:  W5 W4 W3 W2
Shoes:  C8 C6 C4 C3

I have outlined the image with B01 using my Copic Air Compressor
The papers have been edged using Frayed Burlap Distress Ink

It's not cheese-cloth behind the image, just some cheap bandage from my local supermarket  :D

And that's it.

I hope you will come and join in the fun with us over at Papertake Weekly.

Enjoy the rest of your week.
