Dies to Die For - Rollin' By to Say Hi

Hey Everyone

Hope your week is going well.

Today I would like to share with you a card I have made using a fabulous Kraftin' Kimme stamp called Lulu on the Move.

Here is the full card:

I love this stamp set - there are three in total, Lulu roller skating, Lulu hula hooping and Lulu riding a little trike - they are just brilliant!

The recipe for the card is:

Stamp Set:  Kraftin' Kimme - Lulu on the Move
Papers:  My Minds Eye - Six by Six - Quilting Bee
Kraft Card:  Bazzill Kraft Card
Pennant Die:  Poppystamps - Simple Banner
Twine:  My Mind's Eye - All is Bright Twine (I can't find it on the DTDF web but if you e-mail Tracy she will get it for you)
Enamel Dots:  My Mind's Eye - The Sweetest Thing - Tangerine Enamel Dots (again, please contact Tracy via the DTDF web and she will get them for you)

The image has been coloured with Copics:

Skin:  E21 E00 E000 / R20 R30 (Cheeks)
Hair:  E18 E17 E15 E13
Top:  R39 R29 R27 R24
Skirt:  B000 BG000 BG0000
Boots:  T6 T5 T4 T3 / R29 R24 / C8 C6 (Wheels)

The image has been outlined using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink
The papers have been edged with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink

I have also created some faux stitching around the card with a black fine liner pen

One final 'arty' picture of the inside of the card where I have copied the layout through:

And that's it as they say.

Enjoy the rest of your week everyone.

Take care

She's a real cutie Hazel. Love the combination of papers and how the banners are echoed in the background paper. Fab colouring as always! Can I ask how you apply the outline to the image in DI - do you sponge it? Hugs Susan x

Love this Hazel - I just think the backing paper and the little banner die are a really clever touch. She is such a cute image - almost as nice as the little girl in the Deirdre specs! lol.
