Totally Gorjuss - Challenge 116 - K.I.S.S.

Hello Everyone

A very special warm welcome to my new followers - I am flattered that you have decided to follow me so I thank you with all my heart.

Straight on to this weeks challenge at Totally Gorjuss which is K.I.S.S.

Now when I first saw this challenge I didn't know what K.I.S.S. meant it was a good job that Net had put KEEP IT SIMPLE or I would still have been guessing!

Our wonderful sponsor this week is the amazing Lili of the Valley - oh my how I just love their products - all of it!  So to be in with a chance to win we would like to see you create a K.I.S.S. card and if you need a little bit of inspiration, get yourself along to the Totally Gorjuss site and see what the lovely DT ladies have created for you.

Here is the card I created:

The recipe for the card is:

Stamp:  Lili of the Valley "Maisie with Balloons"
Sentiment Stamp:  Personal Impressions "Mix & Match" by Paula Pascual

Image Coloured with Copics:

Skin:  E21 E00 E000 R30
Hair:  E37 E35 E34
Dress, Bow & Yellow Balloon:  YR23 YR21 YR20
Shoes:  E27 E25 E23
Orange Balloon:  YR07 YR04 YR12
Shading & Outline:  W5 W3 W1 W0 W00

I finished the card off with my usual faux stitching as I still haven't managed to pluck up enough courage to take the plunge with my new sewing machine yet :os

And that's it!  I have to say I really enjoyed this challenge - it's harder than you think not using all our lovely embellies!

I can't wait to see all your lovely creations.  Have a fabulous weekend.

Love your card Hazel. I can never get that grounding beneath the feet right. Methinks a tutorial is required here... You just seem to know how it's done. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, hugs Sharon x
