Without further ado lets get stuck in to the New Year with our very first challenge over at Totally Gorjuss.
We would love to see all your creations following the sketch but remember, you can play around with it a little, maybe turn it upside-down or create a mirror image; basically have a good play so long as we can see that you have based your card on the sketch.

It's my Dad's Birthday on Monday and I just totally fell in love with this image - it is such good fun. Got to say it feels a little weird not making a Christmas-themed card!

Image coloured with Copics and Promarkers
Skin: E11 E00 E000 R20 R30
Hair: C4 C2 C1
Balloons: True Blue / Azure / Sky Blue / YR18 / YR09 / YR07 / B02 / B01 / B00
Hat: True Blue / Azure / Sky Blue / YR18 / YR09 / YR07
Shorts: YR18 / YR09 / YR08 / T4/ T3 / T2
Socks: T4 / T3 / T2
Shoes: T6 / T5 / T4 / T3
Shading & Outline: W5 / W3 / W1 / W0 / Blender Pen
Everything has been edged with "Weathered Wood" Distress Ink and I have used Glossy Accents on his glasses and the clock face.

Great card Hazel your Dad should love it. I am having a little chuckle though because when you said you put glossy accents on his glasses and clock face I had to look twice because I thought it was his false teeth he was holding not a clock!! I think I need to go to Specsavers lol! xx
