TOTALLY GORJUSS - SPOTTY!

Hello To You All

And a great big "HOWDY" to my new Followers.  Thank you ever so much for choosing to come and follow me, I am very flattered and I do appreciate it.

Is it me or has it turned REALLY COLD this week - brrrrrrr - it's freezing - let's hope the white stuff stays away.

It's Saturday again so it's challenge time over at Totally Gorjuss where the theme this week is "Spotty".  Our lovely new sponsor for this week is Bunny Zoe, so to be in with a chance to win £10 to spend on their web-site then get your entries in.

As always, make sure you check out that the lovely DT girlies over at Totally Gorjuss have made to inspire you.

Here is my card:

I was asked to make a 60th Husband Birthday Card with a Garden Theme and as you can see I have used some 'Spotty' paper, there are some 'Spots' around the blue flowers in the top right-hand corner and of course there are 'Spots' on his handkerchief! ;o)

The recipe for the card is:

Papers:  My Minds Eye - Miss Caroline - Dilly Dally
Digi Stamp:  Mo Manning - Big Guy's Garden
Sentiment Die:  Die-namics - Mix & Match Banners
Buttons & String:  From My Stash

The image has been coloured with Copics:

Skin:  E11 E00 E000
Dungarees & Hat:  E44 E43 E42 E41
Shirt:  BG78 BG76 BG72
Shoes:  W8 W6 W4
Basket:  E55 E53 E51 E50
Tomatoes:  R29 R24 R22 / YG67 YG63 (stem and leaves)
Shading:  W5 W3 W1 W0

The image and papers have been outlined and edged with Weathered Wood Distress Ink

Here is a final arty picture of the inside:

And there you have it.

I hope you will be able to come and join in the fun with us.

Thanks for stopping by and if you leave my any comments they are as always, very much appreciated.

Have a great weekend and keep warm!

Ta ta for now.

You did a great job on this male card Hazel, they are always so difficult to make.
And I'm glad to read that I'm not the only one that hopes the white stuff stays away (I love it on cards and photo's, but not on the streets).
Have a good weekend,

Another fabulous card Hazel...and a guy's card always deserves a medal in my opinion since I am soooo bad at making them myself! Obviously you have no problems with them.
Perfect image and colouring, great choice of papers and spot on with the embellies. The recipient will treasure it :)

Big hugs

This is just fabulous, love the image and the total make up of the card, brilliant.
Strange but round here it seems to be the women who are the gardeners. I hate my Hubby going in the garden as he just cuts everything down, or hoe's new shoots out.
Enjoy what's left of your weekend and thanks for your lovely comment.
