BABY - WELCOME

Well Hello Everyone

How are you all?

I'm so sorry I haven't been around to visit you all recently - everyone seems to be poorly with this hideous vomiting bug - YUK!  I promise I will get round to seeing you all before Christmas.

Today I would like to share with you a card I have made using one of the new releases from Bildmalarna called Baby - Welcome - oh my these stamps are just lush.

There is also a new challenge over at Die-ing For a Challenge and the theme this month is "Celebration".  There is a whooping £25 to spend in the Dies to Die For store up for grabs so make sure you get your entries in.

As always, there are a few rules to observe which are:

Rules:

* All entries must have a least one Dies to Die For product on it
* You can combine our challenge with NO MORE THAN 3 OTHER CHALLENGES
* You must back-link to the Dies to Die For Blog
* NO back-linking please, we only want to see your new projects / cards
* Only 2 entries per person please
* Entries which fail to observe the above will be removed and will not be eligible for the prize

So, what are you waiting for?  Get out your Big-Shots, Cuttlebugs, Sizzix and Grand Caliburs and get your entries in over at Dies to Die For.

Here is the card I have made:

The recipe for the card is:

Image Stamp:  Bildmilarna - Baby - Welcome
Text Stamp:  Bildmilarna - Ten Little Toes
Papers:  Bildmilarna - Welcome Collection and Welcome - Baby Blue
Corner Die:  Whimsy - Corner Die Set
Sentiment Die:  Die-namics - Fishtail Flags - Stax

The image has been coloured with Copics and a Flexmarker:

Baby Skin:  E21 E00 E000 - R20 R30 (cheeks)
Baby Blanket and Flower:  B93 B91 Glacier Blue (Flexmarker) / YR21 YR20
Stork:  C1 / YR27 YR12 YR00
Bear:  E27 E25 E23 E31 E30

The image has been outlined with Weathered Wood Distress Ink
All the papers have been edged with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink

Here is a final picture of the inside of the card which shows off that oh so lovely text stamp:

And there you have it.

I do hope you will come and join in the fun with us over at Dies to Die For.

Enjoy the rest of your week.

Take care.

I have just found yet another image that made me really chuckle Hazel. I love the pic but it was the little bear hanging around the storks kneecaps that did it. It really is beautiful and superbly coloured! A lovely baby card.

Big hugs to you Sue Pxxx
