I would like to share with you today a male card that I have made using a Kraftin' Kimme stamp called "Danny".

Here is the full card:

Just how cool is this guy - for those of you old enough to remember the American Sitcom "Happy Days" this fella reminds me of The Fonze!  Do ya remember him?  He always said "Heeeeyyyyy" with his thumb in the air.

Anyway enough waffle - here is the recipe for the card:

Stamp:  Kraftin' Kimme Danny

I have outlined the image with Slate Grey Prismacolour Pencil and used a little 90% and 70% Cool Grey and 90% and 70% Warm Grey Prismacolour Pencils on the image

Totally Gorjuss - Challenge 136 - Holiday

Hello Everyone

I hope you have all had a lovely week.

Can you guess what this week's challenge over at Totally Gorjuss is?  Yup - that's right its "Holiday".

Our generous sponsor this week is Heather's Hobbie Haven; so if you want to be in with a chance to win a voucher to spend in their shop, then let us see all your fabulous creations themed around holiday.  The awesome DT ladies have come up with some wonderful designs for you so do make sure you pop on over to the Totally Gorjuss site and have a good old butchers!

Here is the card I have made:

When I found out what the challenge was I just couldn't resist this little Mo Manning beauty.  If you take a closer look you will see that I have given her some sunburn (this is exactly what happens to me in the sun), well, she should have put plenty of sun cream on shouldn't she!  Heh heh heh!

The recipe for the card is:

Digi Papers:  The Digi Chick Beach Babe
Digi Stamp:  Mo Manning Little Umbrella
Flowers:  The Hobby House (these where cream but I coloured them in pink with RV09)

Image has been coloured with Copics and a Promarker:

Skin:  E21 E00 E000 R20 R30
Hair:  E27 E25 E23
Bikini:  RV09 RV13 Cerise (Promarker - I did say one Promarker didn't I ;o))
Beach Towel:  G00 G000 G0000 / BG01 BG000 BG0000 / C1 (for shading)
Sunglasses:  RV09 RV13 T8 T6
Cocktail Umbrella:  YR23 YR21 YR20
Sand:  E42 E31 E30

The sky has been done using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and a mask.  To make a mask for a digi stamp is easy; just print out your stamp again onto a piece of paper; cut it out; spray the back with a little (not a lot) "Stick & Stay" from Crafter's Companion and dah dah - instant mask.

I actually really like this effect and doesn't take long to achieve it - me thinks you will be seeing this a lot more on my cards :o)

As always the final picture to show you of the inside where I follow the layout through:

And there you have it.

Thank you as always for popping by and having a look.

Take care and enjoy your weekend.

Hey Daddy-O

Hello To You All

And a Big "HELLO" to my new follower - thank you for joining me - I am extremely flattered.

Well we've had another week of yukkie weather - are we ever going to get a Summer?  Still I hope you have all had a lovely week and are looking forward to the weekend.

Papers:  My Minds Eye On the Bright Side - One
Card:  Bazzill Cardstock Artic and Stonewash
Star Die:  Die-namics Stacking Stars

All the above is from Dies to Die For

Image has been coloured with Copics:

Skin:  E21 E00 E000
Hair:  C8 C6 C5 C3
Jacket, Glasses & Boots:  N8 N7 N6 N5 N4 N3
Jeans:  B99 B97 B95 B93
T-Shirt:  C1 C00
Motorbike C8 C7 C6 C5 C4 C3 C2 C1 C0 C00
Motorbike Tyres:  N8 N7 N6 N5 N4 N3
Shading:  W5 W3 W1 W0

I have outlined the image with Slate Grey Prismacolour Pencil and used a little 90% and 70% Cool Grey and 90% and 70% Warm Grey Prismacolour Pencils on the image

I have also gone around all the edges of the card with Faded Jeans Distress Inks and used some Glossy Accents on his glasses

And there you have it - a cool card for a cool dude.

I hope you all have a great weekend; thank you as always for your lovely comments they are as ever very much appreciated.
